These terms govern your use of the HIVEFORGE SUPPLY website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Trade Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to verified apiary retailers only. Trade account applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and HIVEFORGE SUPPLY reserves the right to decline any application.

Delivery

Free UK delivery applies to orders over £100. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak season.

Returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Protective clothing must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for return.

Liability

HIVEFORGE SUPPLY provides equipment for professional and hobbyist beekeeping use. Customers are responsible for using protective and extraction equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
